VELUX Fixed Skylight (FCM)

Suitable for flat roofs, the brilliantly simple FCM Skylight is a cost effective way to provide natural daylight to buildings with flat roofs. The High Performance double glazing provides excellent thermal insulation and has been tested for hail resistance.

NB: VELUX recommends FCM is installed with a slight pitch (e.g. 3°-5°) to help prevent condensation build-up and water ponding on the glass. **FCM 2270 not recommended for “landscape” orientation. #Custom made collar adapter (not supplied) is required to fit. †U-value (W/m2K) and SHGC data based on AFRC simulations, (FCM complete skylight: size 1275mm x 1275mm). ^Skylight only.
